Yousician

So I was looking for vocal training software - I used to use this PlayStation 3 game - Karaoke Revolution- it really helped me so much - no game ever, and I tried them all - had Konami’s most amazing pitch detection software.

The game is no longer supported - it’s in a weird orphan stage - I still can use the game on an older PlayStation with a disk.

But I pretty much stopped using PlayStation - so I would need to set up a PlayStation again just for karaoke revolution - or do I?

Then I found Yousician.

Which had basic instruction for guitar, bass, piano and vocals - with PITCH detection - for one monthly subscription. Wow I also need piano trainer.

I signed up - just spent one hour on the guitar section - initially I think - it may be better for teaching RHYTHM and basic chords than Rocksmith - Rocksmith is better for lead - so already I can see me using it for chord rhythm gaps - I found on Rocksmith.

Will next try keyboard and vocal training on Yousician - how will it compare to Konami’s Karaoke Revolution

I am a 24/7 student of music - and it’s so much fun - grateful I have time and resources - and that I set everything up on PC in one private room
