“Hello! Welcome to my channel! My name is Clare Means and I'm a singer/songwriter based out of Los Angeles. I joined Twitch a while ago, but I started broadcasting on here on a regular basis in June of 2020 and I'm loving it!! There's such a wonderful community on here.
And then I started streaming on Twitch and it won over my heart!
I've made my living primarily as a street performer/busker on the Santa Monica Pier and 3rd St. Promenade for the past 10 years. However, I had made most of my living as a live streamer on other platforms (mostly on Periscope...which no longer exists) for the past 6 years.
I've also played all sorts of venues (clubs, weddings, theaters, festivals, colleges etc.) and have had the opportunity to tour across the US and Europe as well.
Now most of my "gigs" for the past couple of years have been online from the comfort of home for you lovely folks since Covid 19 changed everything.
However I do livestream busking/street performing sessions and club gigs on here occasionally too!
I'm so thankful for live streaming and for Twitch, especially in these crazy times!”
