Twitch Front Page - What it’s like to be a moderator for a streamer?

I am a moderator for Jason Neubauer’s Twitch Live Stream Rocks Music Shows.

It’s so cool to see all the new raids and people in chat in Jay’s stream now that he has been on Twitch Front Page for two weeks plus. The boost in viewer statistics that front page creates is super good for a streamers channel, even if it is a bit confusing.

And then every now and then, like 1 out of 10 streams, someone decides to be a troll, and as a moderator you are the bouncer - with so many very quick ways to silence and ban the intruder.

I’m not good at discipline - can’t believe people see any reason to be a troll. But the faster you see it, make a decision and press ban — the better. Just want everyone in chat to type their animated emoji’s- and requests and fill the chat so full - the troll comments disappear without any attention they are trying to get.
