Rocksmith2014 Crash Information

Rocksmith2014 is an amazing program because there is no other program that can do what it does. PERIOD!

And it cannot be updated. That’s one of the reasons companies go to subscription plans.

I’ve seen Rocksmith2014 crash more when I play lead or rhythm charts in Learn A Song and then switch back and forth to emulated bass. Always says it’s a pure virtual function error 6025 related to Microsoft Visual C++. So now I’m experimenting with changed the guitar PATH in game from lead to bass before selecting a bass song. Will be interesting to see if this stops the 6025 crash.

Also Rocksmith2014 crashes after 6 to 7 hours of play. Nothing you can do about that, but it’s a long time - no problem.

But if you have downloaded a lot of custom songs it will take some time to enumerate all the songs.

Always be patient - if you try to play a song before the enumeration process is done - you will crash the program again.
